Spampinato's is such a great BYO because it's not really a BYO! They offer a full bar, as well as, allowing diners to bring their own wine if they choose. How wonderful to be able to enjoy a pre-meal cocktail and enjoy a favorite bottle from home! It's the best of both worlds.
Italian
Simply stated, the classic Southern Italian cuisine at Spampinato's is delicious. Owner Mike Spampinato makes the sauces fresh daily, as well as, the rare Italian specialty, braciole. It is more difficult than one would imagine to find a decent braciole, let alone a spectacular version. The braciole at Spampinato's is falling apart deliciousness! In addition, the red sauce is zesty and flavorful like grandma used to make.
The Spampinato family has gone to great lengths to create a family atmosphere. They have even named one dining room "The Family Room." It is a cozy space with a fireplace in the corner and an alcove for larger families to dine privately. There is a family dinner menu intended to promote casual dining to accommodate the busy lifestyle of today's parents and active children. Families can affordably leave the ball park, soccer field or band practice, come dressed as they are, and enjoy a nutritious meal, both avoiding the trap of fast food and the stress of cooking at home. Adults dine for just $15 per person Sunday through Thursday and for the remainder of the summer kids eat free.
