Pasta Via is a tiny Italian BYO in Conshohocken. Because of their small space, they are most widely known for take-out and catering, however, in the warmer months their sidewalk cafe is full most hours of the day. Originally further down Fayette Street, owner Betty Stanley has been serving her delicious family recipes at Pasta Via for more than 17 years. Now, as the winner of Meatball Wars, the restaurant's meatballs, as well as, their other delicious dishes have received more attention which keeps this neighborhood favorite jumping 6 days a week!
Meatballs
WINNER: 1st Annual Meatball Wars! On November 22nd, eight local restaurants competed for the title of "Best Meatball" in Meatball Wars, a competition that supported a local charity. Pasta Via took home the title. Their homemade meatballs are served in their homemade marinara sauce. What makes their meatballs the best? The consistency is ideal, not too soft, not too hard, and the Pecorino Romano cheese that is used in the meatballs and the sauce comes through as a delightful surprise!

The secret to the great pasta dishes at Pasta Via is the sauces. Each one of owner Betty Stanley sauces is homemade and bursting with flavor. She was serving brown butter sauces before most of the trendy restaurants added the dish to their menus. Their portions are also terrific for the price and make it easy to feed a family on a budget.
