This wonderful BYO is strategically located on the main drag in Conshohocken, otherwise known as Fayette Street, so that locals and diners from the Main Line find their way very easily to its doorstep. Inside you will experience such creative and mouth-watering delights from their amuse bouche and appetizers to any of their desserts. For devotees of foie gras, you will find Blackfish's to be outstanding. There are so many fabulous appetizers and entrees that it is hard to list them all. Try their parmesan panna cotta with roasted ruby beets, pistachios and balsamic or the agnolotti (meat stuffed pasta dumplings) with toasted butter and sage. The surf and turf, smoked salmon and bouillabaisse are definitely favorites. Highly recommend making reservations since the seating is somewhat limited and it is very popular. Enjoy!

Desserts
Everything about this restaurant will beckon you to return and if the last thing you taste are their desserts, you most definitely will be back. The cheese selections offered on the assorted cheese plate are some of the tastiest and most flavorful ever. If you have ever tasted beignets, you will not be disappointed by those at Blackfish. Add to that an order of the fruit w/sabayon, topped only by the creme brulee...not to mention a delicious cup of coffee.

The menu offerings include an eclectic array of dishes from freshly prepared seafood and fish to grilled meats and foie gras.
New American
This New American menu boasts locally grown produce, farm raised meats and artisan cheeses. Although it changes frequently, count on high quality cuisine.

There is no better place to buy homemade Italian rolls and specialty tomato pies in the western suburbs than The Conshy Bakery.
Burger
Available only at lunch, this massive sandwich comes perfectly juicy on a fresh bun and can stand u to any steakhouse burger in the city.
BYO
One of the area's best restaurants is located in Conshohocken and is BYO. Suburbanites have the best of both worlds here!

With a name like Blackfish, the focus of Chef Chi Roman's menu is obvious. The menu changes often to include seasonal specialties, but whether you choose Halibut or Skate, Salmon or Swordfish, you can count of absolute perfection.
