The opening of the Eric Ripert restaurant, 10 Arts, located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, was well worth the wait. The remodeling of the interior, with the rotunda and beautiful wine tower located in the center of the floor, makes for a captivating entrance. Once comfortably settled in for a fine dining experience, you can enjoy Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Carroll's creations. She uses seasonal and organic ingredients to create interesting and innovative selections of appetizers, entrees, and of course, desserts. Definitely lots of wonderful surprises throughout the menu, with an emphasis on the Old Bay Aioli Crab Cake, the Pork and Beans (pork belly) and for salad lovers, the Market Salad, made with the freshest of vegetables and drizzled with a truffle vinaigrette dressing. One visit here will definitely not be enough... too many spectacular dishes to enjoy! What a wonderful addition to the Center City restaurant scene.

Chicken
Most people while fine dining don't usually like to order just chicken, but this is one restaurant where the chicken ranks right up there with any of the more gourmet dishes. The roasted chicken with country bread stuffing in natural juices is outstanding. Cooked to perfection and complemented by delicious mashed potatoes, this is an outstanding meal which only gets better, once followed by one of the pastry chef's fabulous desserts.
Chocolate Dessert
If the taste of fabulous chocolate is what you crave, look no further than The Chocolate Peanut on 10 Arts' dessert menu. It is a decadently delicious dark chocolate, caramel and peanut tart, complemented by malted Tastykake ice cream, adding a taste of Philly to create a playful masterpiece.
Contemporary
The hotel's interior has been exquisitely remodeled with beautifully designed, warm colored fabrics that coax you to relax in very comfortable seating, creating an intimate and cozy space in spite of its size.
People Watching
The hotel's rotunda and a beautiful wine tower located in the center of the floor make your entrance into this space captivating. As the hotel's center lobby, while dining on the spectacular New American dishes created by Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Carroll, there is plenty of activity here to entertain diners.
